1. Terms of Service

By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

Market Pricing & Volatility: The Trading Card Game (TCG) market is highly volatile. Prices change frequently based on market demand. Final Gym TCG reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. In the event of a blatant typographical or system-generated pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any affected orders prior to shipment.

Order Limitations & Anti-Bot Measures: To ensure fair access for the community, Final Gym TCG reserves the right to limit purchase quantities per person, household, email address, or credit card. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that appear to bypass these limits using automated software, bots, or multiple accounts.

Pre-Orders & Distributor Allocations: Pre-orders secure your item ahead of release. However, product allocations from distributors can occasionally be cut or delayed unexpectedly. If Final Gym TCG receives fewer items than anticipated, we will fulfill orders in the chronological order they were received. Any unfulfilled pre-orders will be cancelled and issued a immediate, 100% full refund. Final Gym TCG is not liable for further damages or compensation due to distributor shortages.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Final Gym TCG’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the actual monetary amount paid by you for that specific order.

2. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the collectibles market, "search risk" (tampering/weighing), and rapid market value fluctuations, Final Gym TCG enforces a strict return policy to protect the integrity of our inventory.

Sealed Products: All sales of sealed products (including but not limited to Booster Boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, Collection Boxes, and Blister Packs) are FINAL SALE. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sealed items once they have shipped, ensuring every customer receives untampered product.

Single Cards & Restored Products: All sales of raw single cards, graded cards, or restored collectibles are FINAL SALE. No returns will be accepted based on market price fluctuations ("buyer's remorse").

 

Factory Defects & Printing Variances: Final Gym TCG is a retailer, not the manufacturer. We are not responsible for factory-level manufacturing variances or defects. This includes, but is not limited to: poor card centering, print lines, foil curling, miscuts, or missing promotional items inside factory-sealed packaging. For these issues, please contact the official manufacturer support directly.

Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately at finalgymtcg@gmail.com. Cancelled orders may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing merchant fees.

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Handling & Processing: Standard in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during major new set releases.

Shipping and Expected Delivery:

• Non-tracked shipping (PWE): Orders under $10 will be shipped in a plain white envelope with untracked shipping, standard delivery through USPS is typically 7-10 business days

• Standard shipping: Orders over $10 will be shipped in secure packaging with tracking provided, standard delivery is typically 5-7 business days. Orders over $350 will receive free standard shipping.

• Expedited shipping: Processing times are not included in the expedited shipping estimated delivery timeframe, expedited delivery is typically 3-5 business days.

Mixed Pre-Order Shipping: If your order contains a combination of both currently in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the final pre-order item officially releases. If you want in-stock items shipped immediately, please place separate orders.

​

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Transits: Final Gym TCG packages all orders securely to prevent transit damage. Once a package is scanned and accepted by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), ownership transfers to the buyer.

Final Gym TCG is not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier but reported missing or stolen.

For high-value orders over $250, we automatically require a signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure safety.

4. Privacy Policy
Final Gym TCG respects your privacy. We only collect the personal information necessary to fulfill your orders and improve your shopping experience (such as name, shipping address, email, and payment details).

 

Data Sharing: We do not sell your personal data. We securely share necessary data with trusted third parties strictly to operate our business, including payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal) and shipping carriers.
